Usui Reiki

The Usui Reiki is an ancient healing technique that can be used to heal yourself, others, animals, plants and the Earth. It was founded in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki energy can only be channelled by people who have been attuned to it by a certified Master.

The Usui Reiki system is divided into three different degrees or levels of learning, each with attunements (meaning your energy is raised to the higher frequency of Reiki energy). Each degree is structured at the initial learning stage and then allows the student to develop within them thereafter. Anyone can receive training in Reiki, regardless of their spiritual or religious beliefs.

The three levels are: USUI REIKI Level 1 – Reiki means Universal life force energy. This energy is innate within us, and life is sustained through this energy.

This technique helps to protect from all forms of Negative Energy, Spiritual and Psychic Attack or to counteract the Evil Eye done against them.
